Exceptional blue & white masterpiece coyote alebrije wood carving by the Vidales family workshop. Handcrafted out of copal wood which was susatinably sourced in the fields surrounding the town of San Martin Tilcajete. The techniques that were used to carve this beautiful piece were passed down from generation to generation and were done using rustic tools such as small knives, chisels, and machetes. A great example to Mexican folk art.
