Beautiful squirrel alebrije wood carving handcrafted out of copal wood by the Morales family workshop in Oaxaca Mexico. Expertly carved out of a single piece of copal wood and painted with fine detail. The patterns used were inspired by those seen throughout the ancient Zapotec sites and ruins of Oaxaca which have great significance in the art and culture of Oaxaca.
