Exceptional frog alebrije wood carving by top Oaxacan artist Nicolas Morales. This piece was very well carved out of a single piece of copal wood. The proportions are absolutely breathtaking and the welcoming cheerful expression really gives this piece and positive vibe. The painting which was very finely done with Zapotec inspired patterns really pairs well with the top notch carving. A great addition to any art collection.
