Fabulous single piece stingray wood carving by the Vidales family workshop. This beautiful piece was handcrafted out of a single piece of copal wood at their workshop in Oaxaca, Mexico and painted with fine detail. The intricate patterns adorning the entire surface were inspired by those found on the ancient Zapotec ruins which are found in Oaxaca and have a great presence and inspiration on Oaxacan culture and art.
