Exceptional Zapotec dog by top Oaxacan carver Ivan Fuentes and his family. Carved out of copal wood at his workshop in the outskirts of Oaxaca and painted with great detail by his wife and children who are learning the art of wood carving and painting which was passed down from Epifanio Fuentes who was one of the original wood carvers in Oaxaca several decades ago.
