Fantastic pouncing dog by top wood carvers at the Sosa family workshop in Oaxaca, Mexico. Beautifully carved piece made from wood of the copal tree which is native to Oaxaca and the preferred wood of carvers. The painting is very well done with many fine details and eye catching colors.
