This beautiful fish alebrije wood carving was handcrafted out of a single piece of copal wood and painted with fine detail by the Fuentes family. Very well carved and painted with the signature style that Epifanio Fuentes started several decades ago. Epifanio was one of the original carvers of Alebrijes in Oaxaca and has passed down the tradition and skills to his children who now incorporate his teachings with their own ideas and imagination.
